Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using our services. By accessing or using Fullscreens, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Welcome to Fullscreens. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our digital signage platform, DOOH network services, AI studio, and all related products, features, and services (collectively, the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fullscreens.
01Acceptance of Terms
Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Fullscreens Technologies Private Limited (CIN: U62011MP2025PTC080574), a company registered in India at GF-142, RBP-1, JK Road, Beside Titan Showroom, Minal Residency, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh 462023 ("Fullscreens", "we", "us"). By accessing or using our services — including our digital signage platform, DOOH network, AI studio, brand intelligence and social media management tools, and related products — you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
Updates to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated terms on our platform. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
02Description of Services
Platform Services
Fullscreens provides a comprehensive ecosystem for digital signage management, including content management systems, screen scheduling, multi-zone display capabilities, motion graphic templates, analytics, and inventory management.
DOOH Network
Our Digital Out-of-Home network services enable screen owners to monetize their displays through advertising inventory management, dynamic pricing systems, and revenue optimization tools.
AI Studio
Our AI-powered creative studio provides automated content generation, brand DNA analysis, image transformation, and intelligent ad creation capabilities, and lets you publish a finished result directly to a connected Instagram account.
Storyboard and Concepts
Storyboard turns a brief into a multi-step production — plan, script, frames and motion — that you can review, edit and restart from any step. Concepts are curated, ready-to-run creative ideas you can apply to your own images and products. Outputs are generated on your instruction and belong to you as described in “Your Content”.
Brand Intelligence and Social Media Management
Our brand intelligence services let you connect social media accounts you own or are authorised to manage — Instagram professional accounts, LinkedIn Pages and profiles, and X accounts — in order to create, schedule, and publish content, review analytics, and read and respond to comments, mentions, and messages those accounts receive.
Social Intelligence
Social Intelligence answers engagement on a connected Instagram account on your behalf: Reply Intelligence replies to comments on your posts, DM Intelligence sends the single private reply Instagram allows to someone who commented, and Inbox Intelligence answers direct messages people send you. Each one uses the voice, instructions and documents you give it, keeps an activity log you can review, and can be paused at any time. You can also read and answer comments and messages yourself in Fullscreens.
03Connected Social Media Accounts
Your Authority to Connect an Account
You may only connect a social media account that you own or that you are expressly authorised by its owner to manage. By connecting an account, you represent and warrant that you hold the necessary rights and administrative permissions, and that you have obtained any consent required from the account owner. If your authority to manage an account ends, you must disconnect it from Fullscreens immediately.
What We Do On Your Behalf
When you connect an account, you instruct and authorise Fullscreens to access that account through the platform's official API on your behalf, and to perform only the actions you configure — for example publishing posts, replying to comments and messages, posting comments and reactions, and retrieving analytics. We act on your instructions as your service provider. We access only the permissions you granted on the platform's own authorisation screen, and only for as long as the account remains connected.
You Remain Responsible for Your Content and Actions
You are solely responsible for all content published, and all comments, reactions, replies, and messages sent, through your connected accounts using Fullscreens — including content generated with our AI features, which you must review before it is published. You are responsible for ensuring that this activity complies with all applicable laws and with the terms, policies, and community guidelines of each platform.
Platform Terms Also Apply to You
Your use of each connected account remains governed by that platform's own terms and policies, including the Meta Terms of Service and Platform Terms, the LinkedIn User Agreement, and the X Terms of Service. Nothing in these terms overrides them. Where a platform's requirements are more restrictive than ours, theirs apply. Fullscreens is an independent product and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc., LinkedIn Corporation, or X Corp.
Automation Limits and Consent
Nothing is answered automatically until you set up a Reply, DM or Inbox Intelligence for a specific account; you can pause or delete it, or disconnect the account, at any time, which stops all automated activity immediately. Social Intelligence only answers people who commented on your posts or messaged your account first, sends at most one public reply and one private message per comment, answers direct messages only within the platform's 24-hour window and once per message, leaves a conversation for you when it isn't sure, and stays out of a conversation after you reply yourself. It never uses a platform's “human agent” exception for automated messages. On LinkedIn, comments and reactions are never posted automatically — a person must approve and send them. We do not offer automated liking on X.
Documents You Give Social Intelligence
You may attach documents — such as product specifications, FAQs or price lists — for Social Intelligence to answer from. You must have the right to use them and must not include other people's personal data, passwords or payment details. We store them for you, use their text only to write replies for your account, never use them to train AI models, and delete them when you remove them or close your account. You remain responsible for the accuracy of what they say.
Prohibited Use of Connected Accounts
You may not use Fullscreens to: send spam, bulk unsolicited messages, or automated outreach to people who did not contact you first; harvest, scrape, export, or resell data about other users of a platform; build or enrich profiles of individuals, generate sales leads, or perform recruiting or background screening using platform data; artificially inflate engagement metrics; operate accounts you are not authorised to manage; or take any action that a platform's terms prohibit.
Platform Availability and Changes
Social media platforms control their own APIs and may change, restrict, rate-limit, suspend, or withdraw access at any time, including access we rely on to provide these features. We may also be required by a platform to suspend or change a feature. We are not liable for any loss arising from a platform's decision to change or withdraw access, from a platform suspending or restricting your account, or from a scheduled action failing because of a platform outage or rate limit. We will restore affected functionality where we reasonably can.
Platform Data and Deletion
Data we obtain from a connected account is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including the retention limits each platform requires us to enforce. Because LinkedIn prohibits it, LinkedIn member data cannot be exported from Fullscreens in any format. Disconnecting an account — in Fullscreens, or by removing Fullscreens in the platform's own settings — immediately ends our access, stops all scheduled and automated activity for it, and deletes the platform data we hold for it. 04User Accounts
Account Registration
To access certain features of our services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team.
05Acceptable Use
Permitted Use
You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to use our services in any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
Prohibited Activities
You agree not to: (a) upload or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on intellectual property rights; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (c) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services; (d) use our services to send spam or unsolicited communications; (e) impersonate any person or entity.
Content Standards
All content uploaded to our platform must comply with applicable laws and must not contain: illegal material, adult content, hate speech, violent content, malware, or any content that violates third-party rights.
Acceptable Use Policy
Our Acceptable Use Policy at fullscreens.in/acceptable-use forms part of these terms. It sets out in more detail what you may and may not do with Fullscreens, including the content you publish, the AI agents that reply for you, and the messages you send through connected accounts.
06Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by Fullscreens and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of our services without our express written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of content you upload to our platform. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services.
Feedback
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about our services may be used by us without any obligation to you. You assign to us all rights in such feedback.
07Payment Terms
Fees and Billing
Certain features of our services require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of paid features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Subscription Services
If you subscribe to our services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. For subscription services, price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing period following notice of the change.
08DOOH Advertising Terms
Screen Owner Obligations
If you participate in our DOOH network as a screen owner, you agree to maintain your screens in good working condition, ensure accurate reporting of screen availability, and comply with all applicable advertising regulations.
Advertiser Obligations
If you use our platform to display advertisements, you represent that you have all necessary rights to the advertising content and that such content complies with all applicable laws and our content policies.
Revenue Sharing
Revenue sharing terms for DOOH network participants are specified in your separate DOOH participation agreement. All revenue calculations are based on verified impressions and playback data from our analytics systems.
09Disclaimers and Limitations
Service Availability
Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fullscreens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
10Indemnification
Your Indemnification Obligation
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fullscreens and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
11Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act. The arbitration shall take place in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Jurisdiction
For any matters not subject to arbitration, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.
